After your order has been dispatched our couriers will attempt to deliver your order as quick as possible. Each order is shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Tracking number is sent to your email once dispatched.

We have on average a 5 working day handling time, so your order should arrive within on average 6 to 8 business days. On times of high demand, we may take longer to process your orders, so your order could arrive later than expected.

Each product listing has their own personalization swatches where you can pick your desired logo layout. If you cannot find a particular design you are looking for, please reach us on sales@visualart.net.au and we are happy to customize your order.

If your order is yet to be dispatched, we can update your delivery address. Please email us on sales@visualart.net.au with your order details and name.

We are based in Sydney – Taren Point, and can offer collection should it suit you. Please get in touch with us to organise prior to, or after completing your order.
